My Story
I am passionate about developing Judaic studies curriculum that impacts children in a deep and meaningful way.

I graduated with both an MA and Ed.D. in Jewish Education and Administration. While in graduate school, I researched factors contributing to teacher satisfaction and conducted a secondary analysis studying teacher satisfaction in Jewish day schools. Little did I realize at the time, the extent to which this research would impact and guide my later curriculum work and coaching!

I first developed and implemented my passion for the learning process and the way in which it drives curriculum development while working in elementary and middle schools for 20+ years. I then left the classroom to follow my passion and focused on curriculum development full-time. Within a few years, I expanded and founded Judaic Studies by Design, where I now enjoy partnering with schools and taking a fresh look at their curriculum in a way that will directly impact classroom instruction, engagement, and assessment. I am there to serve the school as a friendly and supportive resource and collaborator. Whether aligning, standardizing, or enriching a curriculum, I work to help schools achieve a curriculum that reflects their beliefs, goals, and culture.
